BUILDING SKILLS,

BUILDING FUTURES

PNC AND SOFITEL PAIR UP FOR WORLD YOUTH SKILLS DAY!

June 15th is the day we celebrate Youth skills day worldwide. We acknowledge “the strategic importance of equipping young people with skills for employment, decent work and entrepreneurship”. Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) has been recognised as a key tool to reach the 2030 Agenda:  “decent work and entrepreneurship; the elimination of gender disparity and ensuring access for the vulnerable”.

Each year and everyday PNC actively works towards these goals!

Since 2005 in Phnom Penh, Passerelles Numériques Cambodia (PNC) has provided to about 2 000 underserved youths living in precarious situations an innovative, free-of-charge 2-year IT training programme. All training, accommodation, food and medical expenses of our students are covered by PNC.

This year, on World Youth Skills day, join our raffle to celebrate with us and get involved in building a better future for underprivileged Cambodian youths.

FROM JULY 15 TO OCTOBER 1,

LET’S RAISE $5 000 TOGETHER!

On World Youth Skills Day, support underserved youths to build the life they dream of and make their ambitious a reality.

Our priority is to support vulnerable young people to build lifelong skills and escape poverty, forever.

We provide our students with the technical and professional skills they need to succeed in the local job market. Your contribution would significantly support our mission: our target of $5 000 covers the training costs of 5 STUDENTS for a whole school year!

Within just two months of graduation, 100% of our alumni (last three graduating classes) found a qualified job with a salary of around USD 305, compared with a household income per worker of just USD 50 before joining PNC. They give back around 30% of their salary to their families, considerably improving their living conditions.

During these 2,5 months, discover more about our centre, our training programme and the stories of our alumni following us on our social media!
