Context and mission
PN Vietnam is a center based organization where the students are provided with educational, pedagogical and social support, in order to ensure their academic success and personal development.
Within three years of their training in Passerelles numériques, all the students are nurtured to become mature, responsible and be ready to face their future professional and personal life. To reach these ambitious objectives, Education team is taking care, guiding, monitoring and empowering the students on a daily basis. It involves providing them material, medical and psychological support, facilitating activities and organizing events, following up their academic performance and coordinating with training, giving counseling sessions, implementing discipline and monitoring their daily life in the dormitory (meals, study hours, tasking…).
Under the direct supervision of the Education Manager, the Educator is responsible to encourage community spirit among the students, create extra activities and stimulate their curiosity and sense of initiative.
Educators are in charge of supervising students’ life both at the center and at the dormitories and make sure PNV’s rules are respected. They implement a close follow-up of students, both at a collective and individual level. They are well aware of students’ backgrounds and able to guide them whenever they face difficulties.
Educators should be flexible in their working schedule and remain available to students when needed. The details of the schedule will be discussed in the interview.
