The CIST project, initiated in May 2005 in Phnom Penh by the NGO Enfants du Mekong with the support of Accenture and other major players in the computer world, is a strong and growing success.

In order to build on accumulated expertise and to extend it to new projects, Enfants du Mekong and its partners have created a new legal structure, Passerelles Numériques (Digital Bridges).
